ClearPath will never call you out of the blue and ask you to come here. If somebody did, hang up and call us on (512) 481-4017.
You stay in charge
The app asks before anybody sees your screen, shows a bar while the session runs, and its End button stops everything. If the engineer needs administrator access, you are asked again first.

On a Mac, a phone or a tablet, tell your engineer and they will help you another way.
