What it is
ClearWatch is ClearPath's own RMM platform. We built it because the tools we used showed us what a machine was doing a few minutes ago, and we wanted to know what it is doing now. Every managed client's servers, workstations, firewalls, switches, hypervisors, and backups report into it, and it is where our engineers watch, patch, and fix them. A live connection to every agent means a command reaches a machine in about two seconds, and an alert arrives with its likely cause and the fix already attached.

Design & architect
We build the monitoring around your environment rather than switching everything on: which checks matter for each server's role, what counts as an outage and what can wait for business hours, and who is told about each. A server that goes down reaches an engineer right away; a disk that is slowly filling waits for the morning, with the cause already found.
Deploy & migrate
Agents roll out through Group Policy, Intune, or a signed installer for each location, and every install script refuses a file we did not sign. Each new client starts with a 14-day baseline, where only critical alerts page while we tune thresholds to what is normal for your machines, so monitoring goes live quiet rather than noisy.
Included in managed services
ClearWatch comes with every ClearPath managed agreement: we license the devices it covers, and the tuning, monitoring, and response are part of the service rather than a separate line. Running your own IT team or MSP? ClearWatch is also available on its own at clearwatch.com.
